Welcome to Orlando friends, let’s discuss some of the Orlando attractions! It can be very confusing when you plan your Orlando vacation because there is just so much to do. Walt Disney World alone will take you at least 7 days to see everything that they have to offer. Then, we have Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Busch Gardens , and Sea World. All of these parks will take at least a day to complete. But if you have limited time and a limited budget, then take some time to read all about these parks and so you can choose the one that fits you and your family.

Let’s first take a look at the Disney parks. There are four major theme parks that are on Disney property; Magic Kingdom , Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios, and Epcot. There are two world class water parks; Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. You can also visit Downtown Disney which has several shops and stores to browse around in. Also within Downtown Disney are some other great attractions; Disney Quest, Pleasure Island , and Cirque De Soleil. There are also 21 premier resorts on Disney property that offer a wide range of amenities and prices. Whether you stay in a 5 star resort such as the Polynesian resort or the Fort Wilderness Campgrounds you are sure to find the missing piece of your dream vacation. The Disney Park that is most recognizable is the Magic Kingdom due to the Cinderella’s Castle. This is the 189 foot, blue and gold castle that is a world wide icon. Another well known icon is the enormous white ball at the entrance of Epcot. Inside of the ball is a very historic ride (literally). The ride is called Spaceship Earth and it is a journey from the beginning of time till now. The topic is the development of human communication through time. MGM is also a great park to visit because of the thrilling behind the scenes adventures that they offer. Animal Kingdom is an exotic park that offers stunning views and extraordinary interaction with the animals. Many families travel from all ends of the earth to seek out this place and Disney knows this so they will keep adding on to the already extravagant vacation resort!

Universal Studios is a ground breaking park for all of the dreamers. This park is set up as a movie back lot. Not only are going behind the scenes of major Hollywood films, but you actually get a chance to ride them! Some of the most popular rides are; Terminator, Men in Black, Back to the Future, and Shriek 4-D. There are many other rides that are located in the park. Also many shops and stores are opened inside that park so you can select the best gear that suits you. This is the only place you can experience the excitement of seeing the movie made but also hop on and hang on! The Islands of Adventure is Universal’s park of speed and a wild ride for any person seeking the ultimate thrill. Islands of Adventure is full of world class roller coasters and high speed thrill rides that will put your body through its most rigorous test! Some of these intense rides include; Spiderman, The Hulk, Dueling Dragons, Dr. Doom. These are the most thrilling rides in Orlando ! Visit Islands of Adventure and see what you can handle.

Sea World Orlando Adventure parks host some of the best shows in the world! There are animals from every corner of the globe. You can witness amazing tricks preformed by whales and dolphins. Take a stroll through an enchanted Penguin habitat and see there life above and below the waters surface. If you are up for a scare, than enter the great shark encounter! Here you will come face to face with some of the worlds largest predators. If you would like you can actually swim with them and go nose to nose! If you get bored of the sea creatures you can strap yourself into the meanest roller coaster in Orlando , The Kraken! This 140 foot monster will send you soaring through the crisp Florida air. As you wind through the loops and the ride comes to a stop you will be ready to lay down or ready to do it again! Another great ride to experience is The Journey to Atlantis. Before you get on this ride make sure you read the signs. You WILL get wet on this ride so it may be worth the 50 cents to rent a locker so your valuable pocket items will be safe. Also inside of the park is Orlando ’s tallest structure, the Sky Tower . You can reach heights of up to 400 feet and get the best view of Orlando and surrounding area. There also is some world class shopping in the park with is a long stretch for theme parks. One store that stands out the most is the secret oyster. As you walk by the store you can the ooo’s and aww’s from the guests as they chant “opa opa oyster”! Then a pearl appears from the tiny crustacean.

Busch Gardens has two parks in the United States . One park is in Williamsburg Virginia and the second park is in Tampa Florida . The best and hottest park is Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. Here you will be blasted with authentic African culture and animals. Some of the worlds most exotic land creatures come from Africa , and in efforts to keep these creatures from extinction, Busch Gardens has made strong efforts to help these wonderful animals grow and reproduce. What does this have to do with high flying adventure and non-stop action? Everything, because not only can you enter the natural habitat of the savanna and take safaris with the animals, you also get to ride the tallest and fastest roller coaster in the state of Florida ; Sheikra. This is a 200 foot roller coaster that drops you at a 90 degree angle! There are 5 roller coasters through out the park that will really get your blood pumping! The action doesn’t stop there; there are many premier theatrical shows with in the park. After a long blistering day at Busch Gardens there is only one place to refresh your self. Adventure Island is Tampa ’s best spot to reinvigorate your body. The fun never stops at the Florida number one thrill park!

Florida may be all sun and fun, but what happens after dark? Orlando has the largest collection of outstanding dinner shows. With so many selections and different themes, there is a show for every mood that you may be in. If you come to Orlando on a budget there are many dinner shows that will keep you and wallet full and happy. Arabian Nights is rated number one in the entire south east! Other great shows include Pirates Dinner Adventure, Medieval Times, Sleuths Mystery Dinner, Dixie Stampede, and the newest and funniest dinner comedy Tony and Tina’s Wedding! Tony and Tina’s is a rising star that is sweeping the nation. With other shows in New York , Las Vegas , and now in Orlando !  Orlando is year round travel destination, so it doesn’t matter when you come, you will find excitement any time of the year!
